The Record Low Re-Issue Here To Stay

The Record Low have re-issued their 2007 debut album, Here To Stay, with a "lost" track called "Run of the Mill". This track was frequently performed live by the band, but just missed making their debut album.

This is the project that ran from 2005 to 2015 and was fronted by Henry Joseph (Perma Cough) and Robby Haynes (Fine Prints). This is the first "new" music from the group since 2014's "Idle Chatter".

Rabid Beast

Thrash Metal duo Rabid Beast is preparing to release their self-titled debut EP on June 12th. You can currently stream the album's opening track "Decline Into Disorder" and a track called "Green Room Is Red" below.

This is the work of Eric Bauer and Paul Gillis of Morgue Supplier.

Niika "The Cage"

Niika has release visuals for the latest single, "The Cage", from her forthcoming album, Close But Not Too Close, which is due out May 15th. The animated video was created by Derek Barber aka "Perhapsy".

Social Que "988"

Alt Rock duo Social Que is preparing to release a new single this Friday, May 1st, called "988". The song focuses on the struggle and fight of depression and the importance of knowing you are not alone. Musically, the single has us feeling nostalgic for vintage Stone Temple Pilots in all the best ways.

Scoial Que is the work of Ian Rottner (vocals & guitar) and Sam Gutsmiedl (drums) and just before the quarantine Ian was able to film a short video talking about "988" at Sip of Hope in Logan Square.

Matt Gold "Bottom Of The Barrel"

Guitarist Matt Gold is preparing to release his debut solo LP, Imagine Sky, via the London-based label Whirlwind Records on May 29th. Gold is half of the instrumental duo Sun Speak, and this project blurs the line between Improvised Jazz, Rock, Americana, and more while letting his guitar truly speak for itself.

The album's first single is called "Bottom Of The Barrel" and it can be streamed below.
